This guided mindfulness meditation is great to listen to in the morning, or after you have finished your morning workout. During this guided practice, I will guide you to settle in, relax, unwind, followed by a short body scan. Then we focus on setting an intention for the day, something for you to hold on to during the rest of your day, and something positive to focus on to give you direction and guidance throughout your day, and your life. Remember that your intention can be your guiding light, your motivation when you feel a little lost. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed, positive and focused for a positive journey ahead.
