119 – Guided Meditation for Deep Relaxation

This guided meditation is designed to help you relax, unwind and infuse your body with a deep sense of relaxation, whilst your mind is calm. Using mindfulness we focus on the breath, after which we use a body scan to relax the body one body part at at time.
