13 – Meditation to Soothe Anxiety 🧡A Guided Practice To Feel More Calm and at Ease

This guided meditation invites you to follow my voice as you listen to the gentle sound of rain. Starting with a focus on the breath, we then continue into a body scan after which we work on breathing out the anxiety as a dark cloud.

This practice can help you feel more calm and relaxed but is in no way a substitute for professional help.

If you are struggling mentally, seek help from a licensed practitioner such as your General Practitioner, psychologist, therapist or counsellor.
