This twenty minute guided meditation is designed for athletes and fitness fanatics who are making recovery in the sauna part of their health routine. This guided practice starts with a few deep breaths, followed by gently progressive muscle relaxation. After this we focus on the practice of being still, following which you’ll have a few moments on your own to meditate. Then the bell will let you know when it is time to come out of meditation.
