In celebration of the 50th episode, I have produced a guided meditation to help you remind yourself of how strong you are. This session is about recalling your inner strength, and drawing on it when in need. Whilst listening to the soothing sound of waves, we’ll start by taking a few deep breaths to arrive in this moment. Then by means of visualisation and imagination we draw upon our inner strengths. You’ll have some time alone towards to end of this session to put this exercise into practice.
When I started this podcast late April 2021, I could have never dreamed of releasing the 50th episode, and already have more than 1300 downloads! I’m so stoked but I know that my willpower and perseverance have helped me to stay strong on confident. I hope you enjoy this episode!
