Hi and welcome to this meditation. This audio is best experienced when listening with headphones, as you’ll clearly hear the soothing background music from ear to ear.
Thismeditation is part of the “lockdown series” which was launched in light of the recent 6th lockdown in Melbourne Australia. This series of meditations is focused on daily mindfulness meditations, to bring out the best in us, whilst we deal with the challenging circumstances of lockdown.
In today’s practice we work with the breath to ease and relieve anxiety. First we settle in with 5 guided breaths, then you’ll have a few moments alone. Then we affirm some positive statements to change your self image, after which you’ll be guided out of relaxation by another 5 guided breaths.Enjoy!
