30 – Thirty Minute Deep Sleep Meditation 🌙 With Relaxing Sleep Music 🎵

To celebrate the 30th episode I’ve created a 30 minute deep sleep meditation to help you fall into a deep and restful sleep. This deep sleep meditation is designed to help you drift off into a deep and peaceful sleep.

In this practice I invite you to follow my voice, as we relax the body, part by part. Then this relaxing, floating sensation will help you drift off into a deep slumber.
