Hi and welcome. In this guided bedtime meditation I will guide you to a deep state of relaxation, so that you can surrender into a deep sleep with a mind filled with gratitude.
When we fall asleep with a grateful heart, we tend to sleep better, and feel better when we wake up the next day. A gratitude practice can take place in many forms.
You can for example write down 3 things you’re grateful for, or you can listen to a gratitude meditation like this. I hope you enjoy it.
