14 – Meditation For Focus 🍃 With Less Guidance

Hi and welcome to this focus meditation. This practice has less guidance that usual, giving you more time to practice mindfulness by yourself.

When you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or distracted, you can regain momentum by resting attention on a single focal point, in this case we will focus on the breath.

We will start this meditation together, after which you’ll have some time by yourself.

Then you’ll hear the meditation bell and we will close the practice together.
