7 – Guided Sauna Relaxation Practice 🧖‍♀️ 15 Minute Progressive Muscle Relaxation Meditation

This Guided Sauna Relaxation Practice is designed for those who struggle to relax and let go. First we will briefly talk about tension and relaxation, after which I will guide you through a progressive muscle relaxation practice. In this session we focus on gently tensing each muscle, and then relaxing it. This 15 minute practice is great when you are in the sauna, as you are free from any distractions.

Remember to stay hydrated during the duration of this session.
