Thismeditation is part of the “lockdown series” which was launched in light of the recent 6th lockdown in Melbourne Australia. This series of meditations is focused on daily mindfulness meditations, to bring out the best in us, whilst we deal with the challenging circumstances of lockdown.
Today’s meditation practice is all about incorporating a little bit of mindfulness into our morning routine. This practice comes with a free worksheet that you can grab from the website http://amazonwarrior.com.au/uplifting-mindful-morning-meditation/ This practice begins with some deep belly breathing, followed by a visualisation of your day. After this we practice to set a focus and intention for your day. Then we finish the practice by repeating a few positive uplifting affirmations.
